Welcome to the Home Page of The Dean Law Firm P.C. (the "Dean Law Firm"), a professional services corporation incorporated in New York State. The Dean Law Firm was founded by Robert A. Dean Esq. in 1996 after he practiced law as a member of the Gross, Shuman, Brizdle, & Gilfillan P.C. law firm in Buffalo, New York from 1980. In 1996 Mr. Dean established the Dean Law Firm and limited his practice to business, commercial, construction, and investment law and litigation. His practice was located on Grand Island in Erie County in Western New York, and continued until the Fall of 2007 when he retired from the full-time practice of law in New York State, and relocated his residence to Georgia. Mr. Dean plans to continue his ADR practice in Georgia, including his membership on the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (NASD) Panels of Arbitrators.

The Dean Law Firm is not accepting any new matters as a result of Mr Dean's retirement and relocation. However, records pertaining to closed cases will be maintained to the extent deemed necessary for compliance with the Rules of Professional Responsibility.
